S\u00f6z konusu Kanun ile \u00e7\u0131rak ve stajyerlerin kapsama d\u00e2hil edilerek mesleki risklerden korunmalar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>15 May\u0131s 2013 tarih ve 28648 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi E\u011fitimlerinin Usul ve Esaslar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 13 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde bu e\u011fitimlerin kimler taraf\u0131ndan verilebilece\u011fi belirtilmektedir.
